Many users can benefit by using Google's free email service. Their spam filtering is excellent and they give you plently of free storage. Follow these steps to setup and use a free Google email account with your domain name.
1) Setup a free Google email account here.
Note: It does not matter what the email address of the Google account is.
2) Log into the new Google account and click on "Settings" and then "Accounts."
3) Click on "Add and Email Address" and follow the steps - the address you add must be a working email address as you will need to verify this address by replying to the email Google sends you. You must follow these steps carefully.
4) Once step 3 is complete you can setup your email to forward to the new Google email and you will be able to reply to emails using your domain name address. You can also use POP and IMAP with this account as well.
